A small boutique marketing consultancy in the town of Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire, Alison Page snapped up the opportunity to become the first Simple Ways to Grow customer.

Alison specialises in supporting local businesses – from motor dealers through to international retail businesses - in developing and executing their marketing plans. “No matter what size your business is, you need a marketing strategy to work out the best and most effective way to reach your intended customers. My job is to help develop and deliver that strategic plan in an affordable way. And in many cases I implement it for them if marketing is not one of their strengths” says Alison. “I think the ‘Simple Ways to Grow’ packages will be a viable option for some of my clients in future and therefore I am keen to ‘test’ them out.”

As a small business, it’s a challenge to handle some of the upfront costs involved in designing new websites and setting up email campaigns so the basic monthly fee is a real help.’
Alison is going to give Royal Mail lots of feedback on how she uses the package and any other services she would like to see included. She’s also keen to suggest her own clients adopt a Simple Ways to Grow Package: “I’m interested in becoming a local Associate and working with Royal Mail. If it works for me it should work for my clients. The mix of services and low cost gives me great flexibility to do some great work for them”.
